On the Saturday after Thanksgiving, we brought the girls on a Polar Express train ride in Phillipsburg, NJ. They told the story of The Polar Express, the children enjoyed hot chocolate and cookies, and we were entertained by carolers and musicians. You could imagine Kathryn's joy when Santa arrived. She ran through the aisle, wearing her red and green plaid nightgown, and grabbed Santa tightly around his big belly. When Santa placed that bell around her neck, it was confirmed-she believes.
